Herbie,

I am probably at 10% of my old self. I have a day now and then where I hit 50%... on those days I often find they're followed by some really tough days. So now when a good day comes, I have to brace myself for the coming week. Look, it may sound like complaining, but what I am trying to do is to be a bluntly honest about myself as I am to others. That way people who are suffering in similar ways can find solace in knowing they aren't alone.. and who knows, perhaps they'll help me as well.
