Don't get too worked up about this. I have the exact same scenario (went in for my 3rd CT Scan for nodules myself just this week). The majority of the time it's just a benign thing. They'll likely have to do follow up scans to see if it changes. Fortunately the scans are quick and painless. (Unlike the CT Scans when they put that iodine solution into you intraveneously which was pretty painful and horrible last time I had that done).

Hang in there and know that regardless of the results, you'll know what's going on and can take proper actions if needed now rather than later. Proactice is always better!
