I think whoever produced did a real good job of making the vocals sound like sunshine coming through the clouds. I think The Beatles did the same kind of thing on Here comes the sun.
If you were to revisit this and do it over, you might want to change some of the melody, it's really nice but that sloop you shiiiiiiiiiiiun, sounds dissonant and not on par with the rest of it.
Also possibly putting in some lines as to why they shine. If somebody was trying to convince me I shine, first question id ask is how???I
That said there are plenty of hits that do the same thing.
This was really good, could be great!
