Great info.
I have always loved the tone of wood style guitars, just recently purchased a bass with a wood frame too.
But it is also that kind of wood that goes in to those tones and durability.
I have a Martin Sigma Acoustic Model CR2.
The finish is just as nice as when I bought it in 1991.
