Connor Hawkins walks the darkest of Baltimore’s streets crying out in a silent, but desperate, plea. He searches for something—anything, to douse the misery that fills his life. The Mantis is led by a hard core ex-con by the name of Lil Earl. Lil Earl has a single goal in mind—to organize all the gangs into one large crime family. With the help of the new Vice Mayor, Lil Earl and his captain, Eddy Grant, begin to see the first fruits of their illegal labors.
