We spent more time going over the vocals yesterday than we spent on the whole recording the first day that we worked on it. Joe's fiddle parts in the bridge (and throughout the song) slay me.

Absolutely loved it, this traditional country market has taken a hit (no pun intended), but there is still room for traditional country if it's good--this'n is my friend! I can't take credit for the recording of this. I just did the writing and the singing. Pat Lassiter (Tracy Lawrence's bass player) handled the recording/production chores. I'm thinking about having him produce my next record. He's awesome, and awesome to work with.
