I just received and e-mail from Judy Lounsberry that Richard Lounsberry passed yesterday at 6:30 pm.
Although I had not seen Richard in quite sometime he was a founding member of the Tampa Chapter of JPF and my original partner in A and R Productions LLC . He was the R in a and R, a true lover of music and playing music, a family man and all around good man. He will be missed.

Though I am not familiar with him, my thoughts go out to his family and friends. It is always sad to hear of the passing of a JPF family member

I didn't know Richard either, but I'm sure he left some music for others to enjoy. Maybe that will be some consolation to friends and family.

Though I've known he has had a health problem for a few years, this is still a surprise to me. He was looking much better the last time I saw him and seemed in good spirits. But he was always in good spirits, now that I think about it. It was his nature. He will be missed.

I knew him, he was there when all of we "founding members" were there.
