I am going to run a series of 3 mini-quizzes on here.
Here’s how it will work.
I will upload an mp3 file with some music clips on it, you will need to identify the song and the artist for each clip. There will be 3 quizzes, one for Intros, one for Middles and one for Endings. Each one will run for a week and I will get you to PM me your answers (please don’t post answers in the thread until the results are announced because this will be a spoiler for anyone that still wants to do it). You may however, post in the thread to say that you have sent me a PM or how brilliant or rubbish the quiz is or how well or badly you think you did.
It was something I did for my guitar club so the quiz will be guitar themed but I am sure most of you will know most of the songs.
I will start 3 new threads, one for each comp. This thread is just for info
If you are interested just say ‘hello’ on here and that will give me an idea of how many of you fancy having a go.
Interested?
Cheers
Nige

To all three points I answer ‘yes’ For everyone on the forum If you don’t know just have a guess That way it’s just more fun The tracks are widely known on both sides of the pond. Here’s some chart stats for the intros round: There are 15 songs UK stats - 13 chart hits including 9 in the top 10 US stats - 12 chart hits including 3 #1s Also one of the US #1s was not a hit at all in the UK – so trust me, this is fair. In fact there is only one song that wasn’t a hit in either country – but every quiz needs a stinker. They range from 1970’s through to current-ish

"Defeatist Pessimists and Rose Colored Glasses Optimists are lonely companions, victims even. Both ideologies imply predestined outcomes, and therefore breed inactivity in its victims. Inaction is the only sure way to lose at anything in life. All positive action guarantees at least a fighting chance." -Brian Austin Whitney
