It would be great to have a list of gig promoters that people have used, contact details, what style(s) of music they put on, whether there's food or pay in the deal etc
It would make life easier for everyone when looking to gig outside of their hometown.

Hi Mark This is a good idea, thanks for posting. I am involved in a couple of clubs, both in the Solihull area near Birmingham. I run Shirley Acoustic Guitar Club and anyone would be welcome there if they fancied doing a song or two. Also a couple of friends run the Shirley Red Lion Folk club where performers and non-performers would be most welcome. Thanks Nigel
