Liebe Freunde,

(bridge)
dirigiert vom limbischen System*,

Rough German to English translation

As some of you may already know, I write lyrics in several languages, including German. I hope I succeed in this a little out of context of the "banality" lifted out. Although I have some time played piano, but my sense is for composing rather rudimentary, so I'm looking for someone who would compensate for this deficit and breathe into my lyrics musical life. As you'll might find me va Udo Juergens and Reinhard Mey inspired, so it is, I do not think that would be wrong if the musical style would go in that direction, but this should rather be considered as a proposal for a "condition".
If someone is interested in cooperating in this sense, I would be delighted much hear from you, either via this forum, IM or via my email address:
petar.noack @ freenet.de

Thank you!

A somewhat different song about love (from German)

(Verses)
`I think it was a mistake to study medicine once
but I have learned that things that touch us deeply,
like love, are so banal and objective ...

Yes, there are things one should refrain from writing
not everything can be expressed in words or formulas,
let feelings be known so knowledge does not fade,
this is wrong, that's not fair, as I find `...

I remember at the university, first hour,
Professor Becker, "Boys and girls," he said, "basically
love is just a cocktail of chemicals ...

A combination of frontal lobe * and hormones,
so banal, so, so very predictable emotions
oh, just a few unconscious projections,
Holograms from the cingulate gyrus * ... "

(Bridge)
I know this packet will not taste good,
it would make us kin to idiots,
conducted by the limbic system *
but this seems so terrible, and too easy ...

(Chorus)
Yes, we would be like puppets
the report itself would say nothing
Friends, to believe this, am I not ready...

`If this were true, then what about poetry?
including roses and such, if each
were unsure about how would they feel it

Deep inside I feel and see,
and know the things I mean
There's peace silent and still ...

I'll love you forever,
swimming in troubled waters,
I still love you until...

(Verses)
I'll try to repress it, Professor `s" as "words,
for twelve years ... nothing ... what are we humans but for variety,
I am aware of some short moments ...

Don't get me wrong, research is good, and which will give it,
but not the destruction of the piece romance `should they strive for
that remains to us, So dear the love we live on;
You don't have to know everything ...... to know ...

What now, according to the professor some of us would be left,
`I ask myself ... but don't know ... on the wings of warm love
sweet sugar sounds absolutely too cool ...

I don't wanna be reduced to chemistry or hormones,
but i could crawl back on all fours to,
what held my interest to the limbus *
if you love me, `I feel as long as the` what `I feel ...

(Chorus)
Are we not much more than puppets,
the report itself would have nothing
Friends, to believe this, am I not willing ...

`If this were true, then where the poet spring?
including roses, if each
not sure that would `what he feels?

I'm in here with me pure,
and think 'me the part, the mean
on my own silent and still ...

I'll love you as always,
I prefer to fish in troubled waters,
but it `I love you so, as I will ...
