Hey love…...... see How
The sun has quiet the rain
Through the Storms of life ...
Our love Still Feels the Same ,

Hey love…...... I Can see the Sunset
In your eyes .....
It took a long time to Find you ..
Let?s keep doing what lovers do ..

Hey love .......this Love don?t have To
Be explained ......A
Real love ......just feeds the flame

Hey love ..I wanna feel love
Again and again, Hey Love…....
I don?t want this night to end

baby, baby
bridge
Baby (G)
This love is gettin deeper
Than Deep
Who knew your love
Would be so sweet

Hey love….... you know I Can?t
Get enough so
Just Say .....
You believe… in us

Hey love,,,,, Tell me you
Wanna Break into
My dream,s,,,,,,,
Show me
How much,
Joy, how much
joy this love
Brings
Hey love
Hey love
Hey love
Hey love ...........................Baby, baby, baby, baby

I think that the 'hey love' phrasing is too long.

I think it would be better if sang more crisply. That, I feel, would make it more catchy.

This seems kind of like a Buddy Holly rockabilly type of song. Some very good writing. I'm not sure about those "baby's" before the bridge and at the end. Like everything else though. Good job.

Enjoyed my listen Shirley but I agree about the "Baby" parts. Seemed contrived and a little corny in the performance of it. Other than that I liked it.

Pretty good tune. It does sound Buddy Hollyish Rockabilly. I'd say that's a good thing but it probably wouldn't be commercial in today's Market.
I liked the way Hey Love was used in this context but I agree on the Baby Baby part. It came as a surprise and didn't seem to fit. Almost comical. I'd say still use it but differently.

Fun tune.

Shirley E Matthews,
Hello it is nice to meet you. Looks like you have been around with 300+ posts, I'm surprised I have not commented on your work before.
Anyway this has a great sound, very professional. Obviously a pro demo. I like the arc of the melody and the arrangement.
But . . . I am not crazy about the message. Might just be me but I am always looking for something to connect to and this seems a little predictable.
I am just being honest. I think you have to find a way to surprise the listener with something unexpected or unique.

Just my two cents, great sound though.

smile..Hmmmmmm ...LOl...you know A lot of people said;; smile
that baby baby part was comical..and I think That's
what Art wanted to do..was to have that element of
surprise..he knew it wasn't a mainstream''Way to
do A song..he really wanted to get the audience
engaged into ''the lyric..and Yes if it jumped
off a lil corny or funny that's alright...

hmmmmm' I agree with you Bill..I strongly
feel that''with another production ..and
a lil tweaking of the Lyric some tight vocals
..this Piece could be solvent.. hmmmmmm....

I just feel that those words are too elongated, dragged out beyond the point where they sound catchy any more. They need a punchier delivery, in my opinion.

I realize that this is just a "scratch" vocal, so I won't talk about that (except those "Baby"s were pretty funny). The music is fun, the lyrics are fun -- but it has a very dated feel. If you want to tighten this up for today's market (I am talking country), then you gotta look at the lyrics.

Hey love…...... see How
The sun has quiet the rain
Through the Storms of life ...
Our love Still Feels the Same

I know what you are saying here -- love conquers all, but you gotta say it more powerfully.

"The sun has quiet the rain" -- this sentence makes no sense, grammatically speaking.

"Through the Storms of life" -- this seems to be a variation of "quiet the rain", which means wasted territory.

"Our love Still Feels the Same" -- well, how does it feel? They might hate each other on rainy days and hate each other when the sun is shining.

Got some promise,

Kevin

Shirley,

A fun song. You have already received some good advice above.

By the way, Buddy Holly's music was pretty simple - he would just have played his guitar and had another guitar, bass and drums backing him up. Some of his recordings had some organ sounds on them.

Just because a song does not fit the profile of a hit record does not mean it is not worthy. There will still be people who like it!

country is very limted ..lol...of course Kevin
you already know that smile Hmmmmmm.Art is a Musician/

He came to me..[he knew This song Was An R@b song]

.I wanna tweaked this baby..into
A country lyric..

So I said okay Art ''I'm down for the Challenge..

I will plug the R @ B version for ''Hey Love''
my version smile.. At A later time,,;o

**** Thanx Kevin For your input it is soooooo

Very fun song, I enjoyed it. For what it's worth, I thought the Baby Baby part added some interest to the song. I would keep it. If I had to make a comment I would say add an instrumental/solo section. That would also help add some interest.

Shirley ...

Great triple jive tune...not too many of them these days!

I like this a lot. My kind of song. It's simple melody with a lot of happiness in it!

Good job guys! No nits from me except the ending was a bit abrupt.
