Just want to share a little something from Sam and me. Musical concept: Andy Gupta. I hope you enjoy it. Awesome! I knew I was gonna love this the second I heard the music start. Chaos and Mayhem! Plus, I'm a sucker for songs about mankind running amok! Sweet! Scott

Kind of a techno-rock 80's tune. At least that was my first impression. Very cool. This will definitely get a repeat listen.

Hi Donna/Sam/Andy I really enjoyed this. I loved the production on it. I had trouble making out the vocal though, it is way too low in the mix. And as a result, I don’t really know what is being sung about, but of the bits I did catch e.g. “Is anybody out there?” towards the end was great and sounds like it could be a real grower. So good work all three, this is well worth spending some time on. Cheers Nige PS. I know you have printed the lyric but when I crit a song I like to just listen, a bit like most of the public would

This was pretty good. I love the arrangement. Cannot fault the lyrics. Great melody and performance. From a mix POV it was a little muddy and the vocs were too far back. I was not keen on the FX or vocal processing. It sounded tinny and essy and hard to make out lyrics. Interested to hear what was used. I would prefer a more natural sound. This could be in part down to a poor Mp3 conversion but the rest sounded OK.

Dan, Randy (x2 ), Scott, Rick, Nige, and Big Jim, thanks so much for giving this a listen, and for your kind comments. I'll certainly pass them on to Andy et al. Nige and Big Jim, a tweaked track will be forthcoming. After listening to the song a couple more times last night, I also felt the vocals were too low in the mix. I asked Paulo to do a little tweaking. Once that's done, I'll post the new track. (I always add lyrics, as most people like to "read along". Whenever anyone posts without a lyric, someone always asks for it. ) Donna

A new track is in place, with vocals more upfront. I hope you Techno folks will enjoy the song. Donna

"Interesting" I had practically the same comments Big Jim did. Vocals way too far back and really tinny here. Without the lyrics, I would've missed most of the words
OK in the mneantime the new track went up. MUCH better, I can understand the words now. It should work well in it's genre. I still get some tinny, but in "real life" it would probably come through OK Good job U 2 Wy

Much improved.... vocals sit nicely.....still not keen on the tinny essy vocal effects and would prefer a more natural sound. Is it some kind of sequencer? It would be more effective if used sparingly just on selected words or dry sound turned up a tad.

Hi Donna & Sam,
"Call off this mindless marathon Or we’ll lose the human race"
Very astute! Intelligent lyrics, driving music and fine production, just the combo this needs to send the message. Well done.

Thanks to all of you from my end...........I'd like to add a percussion track with my djembe.....this one is indeed fun.
The vox effect is a bit much.....I would also like to hear a more natural sound.....
Damn Donna, we done good!
Uh, one question, is the vocalist any relation to Jerry Cantrell of Soundgarden? Wouldn't that be a trip?

This isn't my genre, no offense, BUT in it's genre, in it's own right, it is very good. Needs some technical tweaks but lyrics are masterful and melody works for this type of song. Good job Donna and Sam and Andy!! Best, Lynn

This is right up my alley! RAWK ON!!! LOVED IT!!! This ALMOST has me as hooked as Kaufman's rendition of "Catwalk Candy" (still my all time fave). This is a close second!

Hi Donna & Sam
Sounds like a driven song and the subject matter hits hard on contemporary issues. The music seems to fit well and sounds professional. Nice job all around

This reminded me of that song by the Fix, One Thing Leads to Another. It doesn't sound techno to me, more 80's. The music sounds pretty good, but I do think the mix is still a bit muddy. Otherwise it's a pretty hoppin number.
The lyric is pretty bleak, but well-written and sadly, truthful. I really like the line about the pills. It also made me think of the Police song, Synchronicity (not sure I spelled that correctly). Great work.
