Anyone wanna add their own little spin to this one and come up with one of those co-write sorta thangs?
I really am looking forward to hearing how you interpret this one......
It's written from the POV of a "Demon of War", and is basically saying that we have already doomed ourselves, so why do we need more war?
Supposed to be another one of my somewhat misguided anti-war pieces?
SWIFT AND SILENT HANDS OF FATE
Who among your kind will dare to call upon the Demon of War?
I've seen the senseless desecration of Man against his own
For what possible reason do you seek vengeance from Hell?
Don't you mortals have any idea of the pain you're causing yourselves?
Is the gift of life a simple thing to be bought and thrown away?
I've heard your cries for a million years, and still have nothing to say
Why should I do anything for you, as it will come in the passage of time?
The ultimate end of life as you know it follows you close behind
I now politely refuse to answer anymore questions you have for me
There's absolutely nothing I will do to help when it's obvious you don't see
I thought my own powers of destruction were matchless until I saw you
Wonder why the Swift and Silent Hands of Fate are so long overdue
