now this is really hard to believe-but I have the link from Variety here.......this is not technically a remake because since Bonnie and Clyde were real people nobody owns the rights to them.......and this production has no association at all with the original starring Warren Beatty and Faye Dunaway....and it's title is "The Story of Bonnie and Clyde".......but theres no lack of bad ideas in Hollywood-or lack of money to fund them......obviously....this one will star Hillary Duff as Bonnie....If Rod Serling was not dead already-he might be tempted to commit suicide cause he couldnt compete with reality in Hollywood today..... heres the link to the story http://www.variety.com/article/VR1117999103.html?categoryid=13&cs=1Tom

Hillary Duff as Bonnie? I wonder if Jim J. Bullock is available to play Clyde?

bad casting-I agree Kevin
and so does Faye Dunaway-who is not only unhappy about the new project-but especially unhappy about Hillary Duff being given the role.....the catfight has already begun-with Dunaway making remarks as to how they should have at least gotten a Real actress and Duff making remarks about Dunaway being old and bitter....saw that elsewhere when I googled this subject......but that aside-I just think its cinema suicide to take on a 4 star film like "Bonnie and Clyde" in its own era............simply way too early.....and proof that Hollywood cant say no to a bad idea

I dunno... If they're going to have Hillary Duff play Faye Dunaway, why not have Jim Carrey play Warren Beatty? He could do that better than being a Stooge.

Oh-a wise guy huh? nuck nuck nuck......
calling in Stooges historians-was that what was being said-Nuck?
with the economy the way it is-Hollywood may end up having to cut back as well and end up doing just one remake
"THE STORY OF BONNIE AND CLYDE MEETING THE THREE STOOGES"
