Just wanted to say that i'll be thinking about you and praying for you tomorrow and hey all night tonight too. Package is winging its way to you!!! It'll probably arrive about the time you are experiencing the best of modern chemistry. You are definitely in my thoughts and prayers tonight and will be during your surgery...and afterwards for a speedy and complete recovery.

If my math is correct your being surgicated right now.. so may your surgication be void of regurgitation and aggravation, but rather followed by rest and relaxation, allowing for an improved situation, and a possible nice vacation, where through dedication, you write a creation, that warrants publication, and wows the nation. Great on taking the bone from the shin instead of the hip. I understand there's a big difference in the pain afterward and that it maybe wasn't as bad as it could have been

I just read this message from Beth’s husband a little while ago….this is from this morning (Sat.)...no other word.….keep thinking good thoughts for her….
Spoke with Beth about an hour ago. She is not doing as well as hoped. Physical therapy has been in - in short, she is not as functional as she hoped to be at this time. At this time, her stay could be extended a couple days. This is not unexpected - last time she had surgery it took an additional 2 full days to help get post-op medication out of her system.

Hey, hey, hey! This just in from her husband: Beth was discharged from hospital this afternoon. She returned home about 5pm. good to be home!! And this: she'll have much to talk about ... (example: having to give herself ... or me give to her ... blood thinner shots ... for
next 3 weeks -- yes, needles ...) ... and alot more. :o
