I can’t believe it’s been 5 years already but here we go again! Winter Wingding 2009 is upon us. Saturday February 21st 2009@ 7PM Subterranean 2011 W. North Ave. (Wicker Park) Chicago, IL. 60647 www.subt.netThis year’s event will feature 6 talented Chicago area bands: Show starts at 7PM, doors open at 6:30 PM The Commodes The Polkaholics The Locals Organ Wolf The God Damn Shame Coppersnake All proceeds will go directly to the Leukemia Research Foundation. This great foundation offers help to children fighting leukemia. The LRF is a small group so the majority of donations go directly to children in need! www.leukemia-research.org There will also be a raffle with awesome prizes. Subterranean has a great assortment of beer and drink specials and was voted one of the top music venues in Chicago. There are lots of great restaurants in the neighborhood so make it a great night with your sweetie pie or loser friend.
