Hello to My JPF Family,
As many of you know I am currently undergoing chemo treatment for cancer. Gulfcoast Oncology (the group that is providing my treatments)is having a picnic for their patients on November 8th at 11:00 A.M. at Largo Park (short notice, for which I apologize). I have volunteered to bring my guitar, and was hoping that some of you might also want to participate. The majority of my fellow patients are senior citizens. I am therefore brushing up on my American Songbook standards. There are, however some children and younger people (mostly leukemia patients) on the ward. So the music should be family oriented. I am trying to determine if the park will allow a P.A.,if not it will be acoustic perhaps with an a sing along.
I guarantee that it will be a spiritually rewarding experience for everyone involved. If you are interested, please call me at 727-460-7852.
