I've been invited to sign books at the Nuttall Dentistry Open House next week in Auburn, WA:
Kent Nuttall, DMD 722 12th St Auburn, WA 98002 Phone: 253-939-0700 Date: THURSDAY, Sept. 18 Time: 4 - 7:30 PM
Dr. Nuttall is a great dentist, and has just finished a huge remodeling of his office. He's hosting a really fun event to show off his new digs. They'll be grilling burgers out front, with more snacks inside.
In addition, he wanted to showcase some of his more interesting patients during the event, and I made the list! Fun. He just called me today, so I'm getting the word out as fast as I can. Along with me will be a gal from Indonesia who survived the tsunami, and I think a few others. I doubt I hold a candle to the tsunami, really - but he's giving me a table and some space to show off my books and sign them for you. Thanks so much!
Good thing I ordered more books in stock! I'll be ready to roll. Hope to see you there!

Linda, that's great news! Sounds like lots of fun. And congrats to Dentist Dude for thinking of it. It is a very novel idea, that bears repeating.
And y'know, "I can't hold a candle to a tsunami" is probably one of those lines that needs a song to go with it.

That is so cool! What a nice validation. It was so great to get to meet you in person on Saturday. You are such a doll and your husband seems like a wonderful man. Best of luck with your books!

Thanks, Joe! Run with the line if you want to! Yes - thanks to Dr. Nuttall. He's pretty interesting, and I'm glad he thought of me! Thanks, Heidi! I had so much fun too! I haven't had a chance to upload that photo yet, but I plan to! Bwahaahhaha! Great new avatar, too. Yep, my hubby is awesome. I'm so lucky. Talk to you more later - my salsa is done & I have to go.
