Interesting. The music track is kickin' for sure. I think the lyric idea is also cool. But, I don't really feel any common ground between the two.
Just my humble opinion. I love the originality of the creation, though. You must be a hoot!

So close on many rhymes, but going to a plural when a singular would do, or vice versa, (with another word before it of course, to allow that to happen), could make this even greater than it already is!
Examples of what you have:
Gills/Thrill.....give me "some" frothy "thrills"? (Gills/Thrills)
Dreams/Theme....usurp "those" water logged "themes" (Sea? I mean, See)?!
Same for Whale/Scales....make it either whales,,,,or scale. And find needed word before whichever one, to have it make sense still.
