{La Femme just took the Kitties to The Vets..& mentioned they "Sleep 20 out of 24 hours" accordin' to The Vet today... Say No More...a Song Is BORN!!!}
I'm not sure about Reincarnation (I'm also Not Sure..we GOT a Choice) But IF We Do, God, Here's MY Reservation: "Give me WHISKERS and a FELINE VOICE"..'Cuz
(CHORUS) I WANNA COME BACK AS A CAT "Sleep 20 Hours and 4 Hours-ON" I WANNA COME BACK AS A CAT "Pussy..24/7" (and NOTHING's WRONG!) Chase the Occasional-Mouse..or a RAT? Yeah, I WANNA COME BACK..AS A CAT!
I'm not really big about Sacred COWS (I doubt I deserve to GET-That-High..) I'm aiming for Something Lesser-Now: Sorta Lean-&-Mean, with Night-Vision-Eyes...Yeah
(CHORUS REPEATED With 2nd Last Line CHANGED) Where I can Turn Up My NOSE and SCAT... I WANNA COME BACK..AS A CAT!
(BRIDGE) I look at The Bright Side: NO MORE MORNING COMMUTE! Just Lick-Myself...Chase-Some-String & HEAR EVERYBODY..Say.."I'm CUTE"...
(SOLO)
So God, In Your Infinite Wisdom Give me FUR and a Great "MEOW" & Sharp CLAWS, in Your Infinite Wisdom To Help Me Throught the NEXT "Here-&-NOW"..'Cuz
(REPEAT CHORUS, 2nd Last Line Changed) Where Life's-GOAL is to SNOOZE & Get FAT... I WANNA COME BACK..AS A CAT!
(TAG) IF You'll Keep The Vet's SCALPEL Away-from-THAT.... I WANNA COME BACK AS A CAT!~

HI Again, Bro Moke..
You Cats are Sly Dogs..heh-heh!
What a Great Band Name...& Hey, it allus Pays to Advertise..(I been told, anyways..heh!)
Had a Drummer Friend my Frosh Year in College...was kinda Anti-Gals (On the Surface..heh)..named his band "Litle Miss Muffett & The Spoon Jobs"...& I painted a mean-lookin' Cartoon 8-Spoon Holdin' Spider on his Drum Head. The Band was REAL Popular, all over town... He had a Groupie..cute gal he called "Herbie"..at every gig. They eventually married...he's now a big Church Bigwig in Boston..but I knew him When...heh!
Hope your Party was a Ball...I took La Femme & a Star Customer out to Dinner..then Wifey & I caught "Get Smart" at the Flicks. Man, if ALL the Brunettes looked like Anne Hathaway, I'd give up my Blond Fantasies...heh!
Rowwrrr...Ftttt!
Happy What's Left of Da Weekend, Amigo, ya Party Animal!
Big Jealous a bit Guy-Hug, (But Mama's Lookin'-Good after a Longggg Week..heh!) Stan

Good Evenin' TexasGuy!
THAT was my personal fave Line in the whole song, too, Amigo!
What's funny is I'd partly composed this Baby in mah head, then typed it out..& I'd typed "24 Hours"... Hadda hit EDIT & pop that /7 back in again after I re-read the Post.'cuz it didn't read back as-funny as "/7" seemed to.
Thanks for Confirmin' My Suspicions, Buddy!
I think the Negative Side of Kittydom is they age about as-fast as a Dog does...so even with 9 Lives, they get about 15-17 Actual Years before it's Kitty Heaven Time.
But 17 years of Free Food & Daily Backrubs? It ain't ALL bad, now is it? (We-uns have a BIG Male Tiger Cat, "Sneezy", and a Fairly-Hefty Calico, "Sandy"..both given to us when their Owner moved to Oregon. Both were "Fixed" before we gottem, & they get along splendidly for 7 & 8 year olds. Our 2 yr old Black & White Male Cat disappeared 2 weeks ago...so no "Understudies" are left.)
Time to get some Serious Snoozin' in...Us Humans are Not So Lucky for Nap Times!
Thanks for Your Kind Visit, Amigo, & Happy Weekend to ya!~ Big Guy-Hug, Stan

Oh, Stan, this is one of my favorites of yours. Of course being a cat person, I can really relate. I wanna come back as somebody's cat, too, preferably one of mine! Very cute song. Bet you could demo it up and sell it to some cat organization.

One thing you worry about when you reincarnated into cat is hair ball.
Good choice with 9 lives too. But I wonder I saw alot of a macerated flesh of cat in our street here no time for maggots to eat and consume the dead feline. The carcass dissappear into dust by passing or rolling again ang again by several vehicles. No one will have the guts to pick the poor animal lying dead in our streets.
Hey dont wish to be an ordinary cat or be born here in our country. Your fate will be worse. Chhose to be a siamese or with certain breed. But In my opinion the god of reincarnation dont give you that kind of choice. A very aprticular choice. I dont know.

G'Mornin' Mz Betty, & Many Thanks!
I'm slowly starting to catch-back-up in Da Clock Biz...so MAYBE in a few more months I'll be able to head back in the Studi again. It's been about a year & a half since Last Visit, & I got a TON of stuff I'd like to be doing-up!
This one's certainly near the top of the stack! (Got a Bluesy One I've just co-ed with Calvin that's a dandy, too..It's gonna get posted later today.) I MISS makin' Music---just been kinda forced to make Money..(& so-far da Music remains a Real Expensive Hobby.)
But...yeah...one good Cat Song might change my luck! &..folks ARE buying Clocks again--sold 2 nice Wall Clocks on the Rainest EVER day so-far this year..yesterday! (& we've been gettin' OODLES of Repairs in lately..partly since Word Is Out I'm retiring {eventually} from the Clock Biz.) Guess I should pen a Comedic One titled "Anyone Wanna Buy A Pink Place?"...
But the Cat Song's got enough Double Enterdres for This Week..heh! Glad Ya Liked!
La Femme's whipcrackin'...time to get off to da flea market to share some of the Newfound (& quite temporarty) Wealth!
Best Sunday Wishes & a Big Hug, Fuzzy-Eyed Stan

Hey...I hope You & Your Family have come through the Cyclone that's on the News here...looks like the Philippines got a major smashing!
Tell us more...we're worried! (My wife's folks get all-exciteable every time they get a newscast that Florida got a Big Wind, too!) Hope the storm missed your neighborhood...looks like a LOT of unlucky folks got extreme water & wind damage there...
& yep..prolly a lotta UN-lucky Kitties still swimmin' away, as-well! (Yep..I'm aware..ever since 'Nam..that Kitty isn't just for breakfast any more..gulp!)
Gotta Scoot...I'm a gettin' The Wifely Scowl....(They're such a patient bunch..eh?) ;-)>
Big Good-Luck Guy-Hug, Stan

Thanks for asking. So far all of us here are fine. We got no power for just 8 hours when the thypoon hits our neighborhood. You are right a lot of families in the poorest region suffered from it. For me Ive got some minor water problem that seeps inside the house luckily my project last 2 months ago repairing the glass panels are working fine. Take care of the tress so I went outside during the heat of event and apply some ropes. Rain water is everywhere so I collect in pail and clean some of the nasty place at the same time. Kind of little exercise to me.
UP to know still raining but no strong winds.

Glad to hear you're doing OK after all that wind & rain!
We're having our Summer Weather too...got soaked to the bone TWICE today while planting some Hibiscus Trees...but our Drought is over-with for another year!
(Lots of fun diggin' holes while lightning's striking all over the neighborhood...heh!) Had to drive in some stakes, add some rope, & straighten out some Mexican Sunflower Plants...rain'd smashed 'em over last week. Fun to plant tho: break off a branch, stick it in the ground...& up comes a cluster of 15-Foot tall branches full of leaves..& eventually bright orange (Small) Sunflower blossoms. Real easy to take care of...Grows well with Total Neglect!
Had tadpoles growin' in a big clay pot w/ no drainage..poured 'em into my pond..(About 5 feet by 2 1/2) and we're well-serenaded by Tree Frogs after every rain. (Little 1/2 inch Green Local Ones...and BIG 5" or so Gray-Brown Cuban Imports.) Should be hearing a lotta Harmony being sung tonight!
Glad to hear ya weathered it all...Happy Weekend, Amigo! Big Guy-Hug & hope Next Week's a Dry-Enough One for ya! Ol' Stan
