Looking for something different? How about a silent movie with live theatre pipe organ accompaniment? Our next Silent Movie Night at the Sooner State Chapter of the American Theatre Organ Society will feature the full-length classic, "The Mark of Zorro" starring the original swashbuckler himself, Douglas Fairbanks, from 1920; and accompanied on the vintage organ by Bill Rowland. This show will be on Friday, June the 20th, 2008 at the Tulsa Technology Center Seminar Center, 129th E. Ave (Olive St.) and 111th (Florence Ave) in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Showtime is 7:00 PM, with free popcorn and free admission, and public is welcome.

Sounds like a Bargain, Bill-Migo!
We-uns in Tampa got a Mighty Wurlitzer all-restored at the ol' Tampa Theater, downtown...& they do Silent Movies on-occasion (BUT ya gotta pay admission...alas!) It's on a Hydraulic Platform...sinks under the Stage when a Regular Flick's about to be shown, but is played Prior, every night.
My ol' Buddy, Mike Coupe, in Wichita, owns a BIGGIE organ, in his Home Theater setup...(& I believe he donated the Organ from Radio City Music Hall to the Town of Wichita, a while back..& installed it, too.)
I enjoy hearing these Monsters from The Past! (Tho I'd hate to keep up with alla them Pneumatic Hoses all over the Place!)
WISH that Gala was Nearer-by...I'm a Popcornaholic!
Best Wishes, Big Guy-Hug, Stan
