Hi Jema,
I think you have great potential, but in that particular audition you were meticulously reading (or speaking from memorization) in an un-natural way. I watched the next audition right after you and she talked very naturally and came off better because of it. Forget the script and just talk the way you would to your daughter or your neighbor.
