Hey Mike,
Please let me know when you get the video shot!
Here's what I can do on the post production side:
1. Do the video editing
2. Music editing to fit the video
3. Add or mix in any voice over you need, including your own narration.
4. Add titles, fades, special effects and closing credits.
5. Create final (edited) video to perfect WMV (Windows Media Video) AVI or MPG format.
6. Convert PC video format (described above) to Flash video format for uploading and showing on your website!

You'll get very high quality production for the end results!
You can see some video productions I made from these links:
http://www.amsystem.us/waterfall_video.html
http://www.amsystem.us/classical_magnatune.html

Check around with some colleges or churches to find some one to help you shoot the "raw" video, but make sure it's in one of these formats to give me for final production:
AVI, MPG, MPEG or WMV.
That way I can import the file(s) into my Window's based movie maker!
I can also add artwork, drawings, illustrations, photos and text to complete your theme!

Sounds like a cool project!
Blessings,
Michael
P.S. Please give me a phone call when you're ready!

Hi Michael. That waterfall video was fantastic.I didn't know you did this kind of stuff.Im basically a hermit so i don't know anyone.Would you be interested in doing it?It would be cool to see what you come up with.It would be so cool to get that up on the net.We could work out the script and the whole deal. Also ill make sure your taken care of for your time.At least a lunch and some t-shirts.

Mike,
You would have to write the script, mostly supply some images (pictures, graphics or illustrations, etc.) and any text you want added, such as short sentences or scripture references, etc.
Then you can email to me or burn the data files to CD and mail to me. I can take it from there. I already have your CD with the "Rapture" song, so that's already here!

I don't have much time to go back & forth on it, so best bet is you get everything ready and then send it to me with everything (outline or instructions) in one go! Then I can run with the ball and go from there!

For all the videos I do, other people supply me with the "raw" video footage. That really helps speed things up. Also, I don't have a video camera, so I only do post-production (mixing & mastering) work. That's a whole specialty in itself apart from recording the initial raw footage.

Please give me a phone call sometime if you need any more input!
Regards!
Michael

Brian,
Good question.
Maybe Mike tried to change the topic title or something? blush

I really don't know what that was all about.
Anyway, hopefully Mike can put something together to match the theme of his song. It would be a cool project!

Michael

But why did you delete it after others had commented on it?

Brian and Michael.I think you can't ask others to help you unless your willing to do it yourself.I can see this is way bigger than i thought and should be more realistic.I get these crazy ideas and don't think things thru, better get a book and start learning about how to do videos.I guess its like saying hey write a song for me.Its my responsibility.Sorry for any confusion.I totally respect you guys and need to educate myself on all the technical stuff.
