(This board is so pathetically moribund I know there is a chance nobody will see this....But I gotta try!) I wanted to post about a good show coming up. Jon Carroll (Mary Chapin Carpenter, Starland Vocal Band) is going to be at the Barns at Wolf Trap Jan. 12! I normally wouldn't do a commercial here, but Jon is a friend of a friend, and he's a good performer! He doesn't play out in concert that much, though, so this is a rare chance to see him live in his own right. It's billed as a CD release party, so he will have some new tunes as well. I got my ticket...I recommend it to you. www.wolftrap.org

I won't be able to make it, too far to drive. But I wanted you to know I saw the post, which was on the calendar.
I love the calendar....it is a neat way to see everyone's events.
