The Scrap Bar and Smokehouse in Miami Beach has got to be the worst venue in South Florida. I recently played there, and it was embarassing to my fans. The owners are so unprofessional and clueless, the sound guy sucked and so did his PA.
Beyond those issues, the place is so small you can only fit like 30 people inside. My band was supposed to get at least a free beer tab since we weren't getting paid, then we get there and some gangly ugly chick with an attitude tells me that my band has to pay for all beer, and the guys running the place are nowhere to be found.
I WILL NEVER PLAY THAT VENUE AGAIN!!!!!
To all you fellow musiciansdand bands, take this as a warning to that place.
