Yesterday I picked up a local what's happening type of magazine and there was a big article about this compliation cd which will have one of our songs on it. Then they went on to tell where people could see the acts featured on there cd (all the gigs are organized by the cd sponsors) and there was a gig with us. Not so unusual except that no one ASKED us! There's been no talk at all about whether we are even available, our fee, nothing. Not sure how to react to this. Anybody have any similar experience? or advice?
