Little Pumpkin Music (Austin, Texas office) will distribute your demo's, promotional materials, posters and more throughout South by Southwest (SXSW) this March 2005.

A panel of industry professionals will choose 5 SonicBids artists to receive over $100 worth of SXSW 2005 Festival promotion.
Chosen artists will also get priority consideration for future promotions, CD compilations and live shows opportunities in both the United States and Europe.

If you are one of the chosen 5 artists, promotion will include:

Items hung and distributed at all possible outlets, including hand outs to concert-goers leaving like artist shows, lifestyle and record shops, hip clothes shops, cafe's, venues and more...We will also offer a 20-minute music consulting phone
consultation and 2 email follow-ups to the 5 chosen artists.

If you are one of the 5 chosen SonicBids artists, you will be responsible for getting your materials to Little Pumpkin Music in a timely manner.

Promotion begins as soon as your materials arrive and will end when we have distributed it all.
*Please note we will not be able to distribute late material.
The deadline to be included in the promotion is March 11, 2005.
Your materials must arrive on or before the above date.

Minimum promotional items we will accept: 50
Maximum: 500
This is per artist.
Some concessions regarding the amount of promotional material we will accept may be made. However, you must pre-arrange this with Little Pumpkin Music prior to sending your materials.

information i.e genre of music, amount of
materials you will be sending, contact info etc...

Phone and in-person music consultations will also be available throughout the Festival, via live or telephone, at a discounted rate to all applicants, chosen or not.
