Welcome to the world of 10 yr. old Carl Parker, jr. aka "Lil'Old C. I am a rap artist with over 5 years of professional experience. To date I have performed in over 40 local and national shows, and been written about in over 40 local and national newspapers and magazines. I am in the current issues of Word Up! magazine.
