All the world loves a great song, and we're looking hard for some great ones right now so we can get as many as possible to Nashville Recording Stars for the big recording season that's just around the corner!
NOW'S the time to write YOUR potentially award-winning songs or lyrics or search for some you've already written and send them to us for the Paramount 2002 Fall Song and Lyric Contest! Any writer who's never had a song recorded by a major label may enter up to four songs or lyrics each month through November 30, 2002.
For this contest, we've made the entry fee especially low. There's only a low entry fee of $20 per song or lyric, just enough to cover administrative costs. To enter, here's all you need to do: Send your original songs or lyrics, written or co-written by you, along with the appropriate entry fee, and you're automatically in the contest.
All entries will be judged by professionals in the music business. All winners will automatically be heard by professionals who can get your song to the top recording artists in the business. Plus the Grand Prize winner will automatically go to at least five publishers and or artists .
This is a wonderful chance for you to greatly enhance your songwriting career, with your name on an award-winning song . But you must act soon to get in this month's contest and go on to win Nashville's biggest Fall songwriting contest. The FINAL deadline is the last day of this month. All monthly winners will automatically go into the final round of judging for the Grand and First Prizes. So hurry. Don't miss this opportunity of a lifetime to get your Award-Winning song heard by the right people. And perhaps give birth to a song that could earn the fame and fortune of all the great songs throughout musical history.
Some additional rules: Professional Demos (demos you've paid a studio or demo service to record), including those done by us, are not eligible for the contest. Each entry will be included in the contest for the month in which we receive it. To be included in the Grand and First prize competition, entries must be postmarked (or carrier dated) no later than November 30, 2002 and received no later than December 15, 2002. Winners names will be available on our web site after December 31, 2002.
