All prices are in Canadian funds and do not include overages of up to a max. of 10%, freight, and applicable taxes. Client will be billed for total number of units shipped. This quotation is valid for 8 weeks.


PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING:
General Terms and Conditions * Please allow for +/- 10% overage/underage per order as you will be charged accordingly. * Prices are based on receiving artwork files to CMP Duplication's specifications. Files received not meeting CMP Duplication 's specifications may incur additional charges. * Customer supplied booklet, inserts and films must meet CMP Duplication's standard specifications. Please contact your sales representative for specifications. Note: Anything not meeting CMP Duplication's specifications may delay your order and possibly incur additional charges. * CMP Duplication does not accept responsibility for corruption of artwork files transferred electronically to our graphics department. Due to the nature of the Internet and the volatility of electronic transfer, it is highly recommended that a hard copy of all artwork files ( i.e. CDR, Zip Disc) be sent to CMP Duplication as a primary source for files intended for graphics and prepress. * Please ensure that all materials shipped to CMP Duplication contain a packing slip listing the contents and quantity. * For customer supplied printed material such as tray cards and booklets, please ensure that there is approximately 10 % overages shipped to CMP Duplication. * All overages of customer supplied printed material will be returned to the customer with their order or stored in our inventory for future production. * Printed inserts material provided by CMP Duplication may be up to 10% over the ordered amount. * Master stampers will be retained for one year, free of charge. Contact CMP Duplication if longer retention is required.
Turnaround Time * Day O, all customer assets received by 1 PM i.e. Film, CD-R, printed material etc., and deposit / credit approval * Day 1 begins at 9:00 AM the next business day (turnaround time is in business days)
Payment Policy * Without credit approval, CMP Duplication requires 50% deposit with customer order. Balance is payable on completion or prior and prior to shipping. * Cash, Certified Checks, Company checks, Money Orders are acceptable.
Pick-up Delivery and Freight Policy * CMP Duplication will strive to meet required delivery dates such as may have been quoted. * CMP Duplication disclaims any liability for delays in meeting delivery dates. * All prices are in funds as indicated on quotation.
Limitation of Liability CMP Duplication disclaims any and all implied warranties including all warranties of merchant ability or fitness for a particular purpose. CMP Duplication shall not be liable under any circumstances for any incidental or consequential loss or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, and the customer expressly waives any and all claims for any such loss or damages. CMP Duplication is not liable for freight charges in the event of delayed completion dates. Under no circumstances shall CMP Duplication's liability exceed, nor shall customer's available remedies extend beyond, return of the full fees or charges paid for any services provided by CMP Duplication.
