Hello! I recently reclocated to Boise from Los Angeles and am really looking forward to attending the JPF event on the 25th. I sent my information to the e-mail listed in the FAQ, but was wondering if there was anything else I needed to to to register? It's great to be back in Boise... I am anxious to meet musicians in the area. Take Care, Brian Bateman

Hey Brian, Glad you posted! I was hoping there were more people around to visit with. I live over in Payette, so not technically Boise, but still relatively in the area. I signed up as well. What kind of stuff do you do? and what brings you back? I don't think there's anything else you need to do to sign up. Just get all your friends to sign up too! ![[Linked Image]](http://www.justplainfolks.org/ubb/smile.gif) Nice to have you here. Looking forward to meeting you. Hey Friends!
I'm sorry it has taken so long for me to post again, but things have been crazy around the Shakespeare Festival lately. But enough on that. I would like to find a time when all Boise JPFolks can get together, BEFORE the big roadtrip visit, even if it is only three of us. Please email me and let me know how the next few weeks are, what days/nights are best, etc., and we'll see what we come up with! Until then, stay positive!

Dear Boise Folks,
How's about a preliminary meeting? Anyone who is interested in getting together before the Brian's JPF road trip comes through, please contact me via email (sethasa@hotmail.com) or call me at home (look for the name Seth Sengel in the Boise phone book or information) and tell me what dates and times (afternoon or evening) work best for you. I am thinking about either August 11 or anytime from August 14-22, to meet somewhere in downtown Boise. Once I know what works best for everyone, we'll be set. Looking forward to it!
Love, Seth Asa

Hey Seth, Is Pengilly's alright with you? I'd have to a little late, (9:00ish) but Monday the 11th sounds like it would work the best for me. Let me know if it works for you. Thanks for getting this together. Thanks, Steve ------------------ www.bordercrossingmusic.com

Hey you Boise Folks.. we only have a couple people signed up (2 actually which includes 2 of you) to for the show in Boise on the Roadtrip visit.. we REALLY need to get the ball rolling and figure out if there is enough interest to have a show (we need 15 artists) or just a friendly meeting (no minimum).
So what's the scoop?

Boise Friends,
Please feel free to write to my email address (sethasa@hotmail.com) in the future, in regards to Boise chapter info, as I do tend to check it more often than this message board. In regards to the roadtrip on the 25th, there will be no showcase, due to a lack of response. Currently, the plan is to either meet for dinner and then visit the open mic at Pengilly's, or have some other form of meeting, possibly at a member's home. The exact plans and addresses will be posted by Monday 19th. Thanks for your continued interest in Just Plain Folks Boise!
