BROKEN STRING BLUES.....DAWG/COOK http://www.soundclick.com/util/streamM3U.m3u?ID=104278&q=Hi Had a ball doin' this co-lab with GRAYDAWG'S lyrics. Its just kinda grabbin' an "E"...and lettin' 'er fly! HAPPY BIRTHDAY GRAYDAWG Dow Jones lower than the soles of my shoes. Got the Enron / World Com broken string blues. Stock Market, hole-in-pocket broken string blues. Market's down, times are lean. Ramen Noodles and Pork-N-Beans. One kid to feed; one on the way. Got five strings left so I still can play. Drinkin Kool Aid and eatin' Spam. Lots of spaghetti and last year's yams. Car's on blocks, butt's in a sling, and I managed to break another string. Dow Jones lower than the soles of my shoes. Got the Enron / World Com broken string blues. Stock Market, hole-in-pocket broken string blues. 'Not turkey season but they still taste good. Not many deer in this neighborhood. Vision's poor; it was a real close thing. Killed a two point hereford and one more string. Went fishin' this morn' dug me some bait. Wet my line; didn't have to wait. A mess of bass make you want to sing. Game warden come and cut my string. Dow Jones lower than the soles of my shoes. Got the Enron / World Com broken string blues. Stock Market, hole-in-pocket broken string blues. E string left to keep the beat. Landlord put me in the street. When this one breaks my guitar is done. Guess I'll have to take up drums. No strings left on my guitar. Not much chance to be a star. Turn it over and pat the back; darn thing still sounds a little flat. Dow Jones lower than the soles of my shoes. Got the Enron / World Com broken string blues. Stock Market, hole-in-pocket broken string blues. Flat broke, no smokes outa strings blues. (©Paul Evans Pedersen, Jr./C. Bernard)

Hey Paul! With great lyrics like this, how can ya go wrong? Well, I'm really wanting to hear, but the "SoundClick" link is down again and I tried to go to your "Mt.Misery Music Page" and that link was down too. Like this song, I'm hard out of "luck"! Maybe you could post a link from another web site as an alternative. I enjoy the realiable services from MP3.com Will try again later, Thanks, Michael ------------------ Not perfect but... PERFECTLY forgiven!
There's nothing remarkable about it. All one has to do is hit the right keys at the right time and the instrument plays itself. -- Johann Sebastian Bach MichaelBorges.comLicenseQuote.com

"If one man can do it, any man can do it. It is true. But the real question is, if one man did it, are you willing to do what it takes to do it as well?" –Brian Austin Whitney
