I went to bed tonight after a real cool show over at Lazy Daze Coffee house at about midnight.
My Big Red Equipment trailer with all my gear in it was parked and locked up (including the hitch) in my side yard at my house.
I got up about 3am to use the bathroom and woke Arminta up in the process. She noticed that one of our cats was not in the bedroom and as a result of looking for him discovered that our trailer with all of our gear was gone!!
They knocked over our fence getting it out of our yard.
If you see a big red Haulmark brand Transport model trailer with a black top, Stainless Steel Fenders and stainless steel diamond plate Rock Guard on front, side door and is likely sporting damage on the driver side at this time The rear tail light covers are both missing.
Here is a partial list of the stuff these/this lowlife took

If you hear of anyone trying to unload a trailer full of gear or have any information that might be of use in the capture of this b####rd please either PM me and/or call the Indianapolis Police Department. We should have a detective on the case first thing in the morning and I would be forever indepted for any help.
We haven't hardly used the large percentage of this gear for the last year as most of what we have been playing has been gear provided, but this comes at a really bad time as we are supposed to provide sound for the JDRF Walk for the Cure in 2 weeks.
Peace
Mikel

Bummer bout the trailer and equipment. A friend of mine in NewCastle IN. had the same thing happen last year about this time. He found most of his stuff himself in NewCastle not far from the scene of the crime. He was driving by a garage full of kids rockin out , and couldn't help but stop to check it out. He wound up pulling half their / his stuff out on the spot. Of course they bought it from a stranger.Hope you find your stuff. Keep the faith. Respectfully, J. Richard Murray

Thanks Richard
I'm on the case, that's one of the reasons I posted here.

Mikel, that sucks!
I'm really sorry to hear about your trailer and gear getting ripped off. As if just being a performing artist wasn't difficult enough.
Hopefully something good will come out of all this, though it is hard to imagine what that could be.
Keep on keepin' on, Emmit Sycamore

Inaction is the only sure way to lose at anything in life. All positive action guarantees at least a fighting chance." -Brian Austin Whitney
