Hi,
I'm a fairly new but very determined lyricist/composer looking for a New York-based creative keyboardist to collaborate with and, if possible, do some notation. My writing is fairly eclectic, ranging from jazz/R&B/pop to theater/cabaret.
If you're interested (or if you know of anyone who might be interested), please send your music background and any other information you think might be helpful to me at kendrix1@aol.com. I'll be happy to respond with more info about me. While I realize that the internet has made long-distance collaboration very viable -- and from the reading I've done on this site it seems like global collaboration is the way to go -- I'm someone who, at least for now, still likes face-to-face meetings and exchanging creative ideas in person.
