Hi Brian, Fairly new member and very impressed with JPF! I was looking at all the Roadtrips held the past few years and would love to participate this year. Is there anything planned for the Northeast in 2006? Especially in NY? Also, could you tell me where I can find info re. workshops or other meetings in the NY area? Does JPF conduct any or is there someplace on this site (another forum perhaps) where I can find what is happening in NY? Thanks much. I am looking forward to the opportunities here at JPF. I really feel that this is the most legitimate organization around and has a lot to offer. ------------------ Imagine Peace, Howard Pavane Memberships: SGA, JPFolks, Sonicbids, SongU, Island Songwriter Showcase (ISS) Please stop by to learn about my music at http://www.songu.com/members/howardpavane and http://www.sonicbids.com/HowardPavane2.

Howard,
Most likely we won't visit the NE US in 2006. (I never say never, but there's nothing planned). We were most recently there and we try to get around the whole US every 3 years. Our next trip (when time and other issues allows) is planned for the Southeast and Midwest. We're also looking at a trip to Europe in 2007 followed by visits the the NW, MidSouth and SW. We'll likely be back to the NE in 2008, although I wouldn't be shocked if we had a quick visit to some NE cities before the major Roadtrip. There's only 1 of me and a lot of you guys spread all over the world, so I do the best I can to get everywhere as often as possible.
