I just signed up over there and managed to get myself registered, but am also having problems getting any mp3s uploaded. I get to the first page where you enter the song specifics and when I hit "procede," I end up with an error message:
Error Diagnostic Information
ODBC Error Code = 37000 (Syntax error or access violation)
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Line 104: Incorrect syntax near ','.
The error occurred while processing an element with a general identifier of (CFQUERY), occupying document position (50:5) to (50:57).
....plus some other stuff. I tried entering the bare minimum...song title, copyright and author, but still get the same message. I never did get to the point of actual uploading. I've sent a couple e-mails their way about it but no response yet.
Any clues? Tanx!

Hi Tim, First off I use a mac. I did the same thing as you. Got pretty much the same results. The only difference is my errormesages said macintosh where yours says microsoft. I told my brother if he wanted to try to upload using his windows system to upload, to have at it. He was able to upload with no problems. So anyway I thought that they were having problems with macs, but I guess you just blew that theory..,, I ended up going with besonic. Last night I uploaded a song, and I guess it failed. They actually sent me an email saying it failed, and why, and what to do about it. Thats right THEY sent me an email, without being prompted, or harassed. ------------------ www.besonic.com/kaboombahchuck

Thanx all, I check the other thread. BTW…I use Explorer with a direct ISP. No AOL, Compuserve or other like ISP.

Hi Tim Have you tried writing to Soundclick? I've found them quite helpful in the past. Their email address is support@soundclick.com Cheers Nige

Yup. That was the first thing I did. Tried 3x actually. Still haven’t gotten a response. It’s kind of a moot point now tho…I’m up and running at besonic & IUMA.
Thanx for your suggestion!
