I wrote this song with Carroll Kiphen. I’m not sure if this is more an AI song or an original recording. I have a version that I recorded in my studio with a talented young vocalist. I would call this a pop ballad. I then started working on a new version with a guy from New York. The guy used the exact same piano track but his vocals alone made it sound like a bitter-sweet soul ballad. Unfortunately, we never got around to finishing the recording. So, I used Suno for the final production. My piano is still in the recording and some of the strings I recorded. Suno added a cover of the vocals and a bunch of more instruments. I always love the original recording because I know how much work we put into it, but this new version with Suno as an AI tools is absolutely awesome. Any thoughts? ALL THESE YEARShttps://soundclick.com/song/15210472[Instrumental Intro] [Verse] You stole my heart and my soul You took but never gave. How dare you ask for a chance. When you know there’s no way [Verse] You smiled and you pretended You acted out your role. You were so believable You really stole the show [Chorus] All these years Wasted loving you. All these tears I cried for you All these years Saying I love you All these years Ooh - not a word was true [Break] [Verse] You are the great pretender Go ahead take a bow. You’ve had the cake and ate it Despite your wedding vows [Verse] It even hurts to hate you And that’s what gets to me It’s over and I know it But love won’t set me free [Chorus] All these years (all these years) Wasted loving you (wasted loving you) All these tears (all these tears) I cried for you (I cried for you) All these years (all these years) Saying I love you All these years Ooh - not a word was true [Bridge] I’d like to start all over Some place far from here But I’m not sure if I can After all these years [Final chorus] All these years (all these years) Wasted loving you (wasted loving you) All these tears (all these tears) I cried for you (I cried for you) All these years (all these years) Saying I love you All these years Ooh - not a word was true [Outro] All these years, ooh All these tears, ooh All these years, all these years All these years, ooh Not a word was true
