Well I may not be up to date euth video making, but it used to be you, get your images and video and text and upload yiur mp3 into it, then time it up.
But where does the video program get the sing from, if yiu don't have an mp3vof it, just a link to suno
There might be a way to use yiur pcs sound system to record the track. It would go to wav, then converted back yo mp3, but not sure if yiu lose quality. Probably do
Just did it 2 seconds ago , Yes . Them lawsuits are on paying signed artists to use their voice . By Suno to Warner bros . and whatever else they're dealing with on payoffs. it's super complicated what's going, All these pros in the music biz making deals on making money off AI

We’re all built from the same dust and dreams, Different roads, but the same means.
Rob sent me the Suno file which he as creator could presumably download
If that cannot now be done, then what I saw of a recent settlement (Dom's reference) says that Suno must stop using its currently trained AI and start anew
Anew is musicians opting in licensing their music to SUNO for use by the AI
SUNO will operate in tiers...free for personal use....top paid tier gets bells and whistles and commercial use license and become a tool....some other tier(s) to try and commercialize the AI
Maybe problems being experienced now vs before are a result of this..??
WRT video
Windows has Open Source video editors you can download. I use OpenShot. Another good one is ShotCut They are very simple to use. If you are only importing a sound and video file, you can export a finished video in minutes. If you want to combine videos, you can do that too, plus there are transition features etc.... Essentially like manipulating music tracks
.
If writing ever becomes work I think I'm going to have to stop
Can't be right , I can send you a mp suno right now
I don't think that effects non pros using AI songs in vids , If you made 50k , they'd come knocking I bet. Who ever is in charge of the circus. to many legalities to figure out. if your making money , you'd need a lawyer. this is to confusing are we talking making money off AI songs . or you as the artist using AI melodies but you tracking them out with humans ? if were not making a substantial amount of money on AI songs or artist songs using AI melodies . I don't think it concerns us

Who knows what they're doing? Well, they had no scrupples to begin with, building on stolen merchandise. Where ever is the most money, that's where their headed.

Follow the money and you’ll stop pretending this is about art. Labels don’t hate Suno — they hate that someone’s moving product through their territory without paying tolls. The music business runs like a cartel. Labels, publishers, streaming platforms, AI companies — everybody’s got routes, everybody’s got borders. Sometimes there’s a war, sometimes there’s a truce, but nobody’s walking away from the table. It’s all territory. Always has been.
There we go AI explained it better , all true what I stated , Communication skills is critical . I lack college. pretty good analogy , like the cartel

If you can't do videos, I can. Check my website out. Look at all that I offer. Don't let the pricing scare you away. I will work within your budget. Let me know.
Hey John! It's great to hear from you!!! Good to see you too. I'm doing okay for myself. :-) I'm not trying to chase fame or anything like that. Just doing what I love and sometimes it pays the bills.
You're right. My target client is not on these forums. I wasn't expecting it to be. It doesn't bother me that some people here are complaining. To each their own. People have their opinions. Everyone's got one. So let em. Doesn't affect me one bit. I do have people that pay. That's more of a tell than anything. Technology and ways for people to create is continuously evolving. People either evolve with it or go the way of the dinosaurs. Nothing wrong with either. $1600 is low to mid range. It's competitive pricing. What I offer is innovation, quality, and top notch story telling. That's not all I offer either. Bob Young sounds like a wise man. :-) As far as AI, it's only as good as what you put into it. It doesn't replace anyone or anything. It only enhances what you already had the ability to do. Proof is in the pudding...
I am working on some videos for a paying client this week. So, while some people here say they can get whatever it is they think they can get on Fiverr or for $50, by all means, go for it. I ain't gonna stop ya. It's okay to me if you can't afford me. You're not going to stop me from doing what I do.
I just finished a video today for one of my songs. I'm pretty happy with it. Check it out:
1600.00 for a Ai vid with zero promotion and your not singing them as the artist ? I can get em done for 50 bucks.
I'd be happy to see what $50 can get you. I'll wait. Show me.
Oh, and if you think I am limited to AI, I'm not. I've been in this for over 20 years. I'm also a long time member of JFOLKS. One of the originals from the late '90s.
Tell me, can you get 17M views on a music video of a song you co-wrote for a music video that cost $100,000 to make for $50? Can you go multi-platinum in Asia and chart #1 on the Japanese charts for 5 weeks, for $50? Oh, and I'm not the artist singing it....And it's not AI. That was 2014. Fast forward 12 years later, the world and the industry has changed. I'm not letting myself get left behind. I evolved. Did you?
Also, I have to give credit where credit is due. Brian Austin Whitney was the first music industry mentor I was lucky to have. I continued to grow as the years passed.
Really like the "steampunk??" feel and look of Mad Hatter...not as much of a fan of the Japanese one but that suffered from beibng seen after the first one I think...so a relative thing
And yeah. Bob also had this gem
The career of a musician can be summed up like this. Who is Bob Young? Get me Bob Young. Get me someone who sounds like Bob Young. Who is Bob Young?
He was a fount of experience for sure and entertaining as all get out. Fixture on Chicaga radio.
Wonderful addition to our early Pineyfest gatherings.
And here is my crack at a video...used my own art ...animated it.
Lyric was a collab with Rob Baitinger and Kay Linn...then Rob did the SUNO version which I then animated
In my mostly retired years I am actually creating and selling my art...this was the first use in a video.
If writing ever becomes work I think I'm going to have to stop
Real people have been painting on cave walls and singing songs for thousands of years.
I believe AI fools a lot of sad people into thinking that mimicry is actually creative.
The immediate gratification without having to get your hands dirty, work at your own original craft, try and fail, try and fail, try and fail... must be intoxicating.
That one in a billion chance at fame is hard to resist... It's an addiction, like playing the lottery. But it costs more, and takes more of your time.
AI convinces lazy deluded "Fan Folk" into believing that they have an edge; They can beat the odds because they are more "naturally" inclined...
It's insidious. All you do is teach the machine to be a better liar...
