I've come back to this one 3 times now... sorry, gotta' be honest. The concept and the lyrics are off to a real good start. However, I'm not sure "Red Neck" was ever truly an endearing term lol. The music? Doesn't fit. Production is fine... for a typical "Country Peach in Cutoffs" song. But, I don't think that "mood" fits this lyric. Try something more straight 4/4 with a slide guitar, and somebody with more gravel in his voice

bennash ---- Normally, I just try to write the song that's "In The Room" that day during the writing session. This week, I Co-Wrote a couple of Bluegrass Songs, a Trap Country Song and started on a "Bro Country Party Song." If someone on the Writing Team, or an Artist has an idea or is feeling something, I go with that feeling and with that direction and I try to support that direction for the song. Songs "Fall-Out" or get written A LOT faster that way and they tend to be easier to re-write the next day or week and make changes to. Things always fall into Styles and into Categories that match the Tastes of what the writing team likes or what they're listening to and influenced by or what they're trying to pitch or just write for themselves.
I ALWAYS appreciate ANY Comments and Feedback from other writers, musicians and listeners … so THANK YOU again for the Listen !!

I think you need a more uplifting chorus with a "message", cus frankly what IS the message? You need a HOOK.... something that hasn't already been said.

Hey Kay-lynn Carew ... Thank You for your suggestion .... This is just a Quirky Country without any real or important message. There's always ONE Sillly or Funny Country Song out there like "Red Solo Cup" or "Stuck Like Glue" or "Redneck Woman" or "Baby Daddy Weekend" .... It's fun sometimes just to write someting silly and not worry about a deeper message !!!

I still like it... but the chorus needs to go up and it needs to be a little faster if you wanna line dance to it. LOL But the chorus sounds too much like the verses. Any way to adjust that?

See,, this chorus right here just says exactly what the verses are saying.. This is a verse that's trying to be a chorus but it's not.
I like all the visuals in the verses and the chorus, but the chorus has to drive home some "point":... i.e. She thinks my tractor's sexy.
Maybe write the chorus about how city folk do things they think are fun, but us out here in the country think that's just dumb. LOL
