The Simon Sorghum Festival is held annually at the John Roger Simon Farm in West Portsmouth, Ohio, located at 8721 Careys Run Pond Creek Road. It's a two-day event at the end of September that celebrates Appalachian heritage with live music, crafts, and demonstrations of sorghum syrup making.

What to Expect:
Sorghum Syrup Making: The festival features the on-site creation of fresh sorghum syrup.
