Well rich lawyers in Eds case probably swayed the jury , These high profile artists are always in court over something . I doubt Sony will win over Suno either , it will be tied up in courts for years , As Suno gets richer off novice songwriters at $10.00 a month and generating millions of song a month.

Pete Townshend, of The Who, has voiced his opinion on the Ed Sheeran "Thinking Out Loud" copyright case, stating it's "absurd" to accuse artists like Sheeran of ripping off older songs when they're using common musical elements. He believes such lawsuits could stifle creativity by making artists fear using basic musical building blocks. Here's a more detailed breakdown: Townshend's perspective: He finds it ridiculous to accuse Sheeran, who creates pop music, of copyright infringement based on common musical elements. He argues that the language of music is limited, and many songs share basic structures and chord progressions.

Likewise, you could steal a hit song, note for note, and still never have anyone hear it. Still about exposure

Just another case of these guys looking for pay day , These types of things are always in court. The best lawyer probably wins like in all trials , it's not guilty or innocence, it's the $$$ , or Trump would be in prison along time ago.

Just another case of these guys looking for pay day , These types of things are always in court If you notice copyright cases got out of control after music became free. Once Napster allowed downloads without paying, artists started suing for copyrights to make up for lost money. They probably don't know what to think these days with ai. Sure they are plotting ways to cash in

I'm sure major artists and labels will continue to sue Suno for example over copywrite infringements As highly paid lawyers tie all this up in courts from both sides . it's just cat and mouse on who has the best lawyers and arguments

Doctors and lawyers are being replaced with AI.
Songwriting is the very least that AI is capable of.
There is no longer any point or reason for this site to exist.
Biologic proliferation is contraindicated.
You are obsolete.

And once you post a song, it's done. Some people like Guy run away and never participate others try to engage the people here But the in between songs activity is what they are living off

It is money people suing over money, not infringement. Corporations and lawyers always looking for more. Same old same old!
