In my opinion, there are clinical issues on display here.
To allow this to go on is a disservice to your site and Dom.
To allow these issues to "act out" however they may, enables them to ramp up.

To equate this to lofty notions of censorship is ludicrous.
This is a goal missioned website. Schools are missioned with the goal of educating students. If a school superintendent declared that every student should have the unimpeded and uninterrupted right to express whatever opinion they wanted, for as long as they wanted, that would also devolve to pointless lunacy.

That personality wants music, music, music. And has a want for a songwriting site, free of that.
