This is fun, very relatable, it's a real account of a real event. I may not have told her she was all that, that much, but I did say I can't believe how beautiful you are.

She had a chance to hear it live when I was playing in a duet with my friend at bars. Said she was honored to have "inspired such a great song"

The chorus as you can see, took alot of spelling tweaks to get this facking thing to sing it the way it was written, using words as melody.

Takes me back, enjoy!

you used to call me up
In the middle of the night
You used to say my name
But then you'd hang up in fright
You had a sweet dream
A crush on me
But you know I,
I just couldn't see

Now, can you count'em up
The times I was mean
I used to walk right by you
Through the halls of James Greene
but...
My eye eye
I must have been bleye eye eye eyend
I should have been feye eye eyend
I must have been blye eye eyend
Or out of my mind

Check out that Blonde hair that you never let grow
That shapely body that you never would show
And what I'd do to be the avenue
Underneath your sexy shoes
And who was I to criticize
Wouldn't blame you if you never obliged
but...
My eye eye
I must have been bleye eye eye eyend
I should have been feye eye eyend
I must have been blye eye eyend
Or out of my mind

yeah, I must have been blind
I bet you're walking along
And the boys all drag behind ya
I must have been blind
I bet you're home alone
And the stars refuse to shine

but...
My eye eye
I must have been bleye eye eye eyend
I should have been feye eye eyend
I must have been blye eye eyend
Or out of my mind

yeah, I must have been blind
I bet you're walking along
And the boys all drag behind ya
I must have been blind
I bet you're home alone
And the stars refuse to shine
