To link a song from SUNO, in SUNO click the elipsis icon (3 little vertical dots) at the far-right end of your listed song title, select Share and Copy Link.
You can then either paste the link directly into your new post on JPF or use the Insert Link icon in the Button bar of your new Post window.
To create a new post, select a main thread title (like 'A.I. Assisted Music Forum' for example) and then click on the "New Thread" button located directly above and on the left end of the red Thread Title bar.
If you do not see that New Thread button, please let Brian know. He will have to work some behind-the-scenes-magic for you.
I already have my lyrics and melodies, I just use it to make a "demonstration" (or demo) of what I think the song would sound like i.e. male/female.
I would never try to "sell" a demo made on Suno, that would be silly.
Maybe.
The minute that you press the "create" button on SUNO and a "content" form is created...SUNO has full rights to it, as do you...but they can promote it or create derivative product from it...owing you nothing. Not even recognition of any authorship.
Doesnt matter until the song makes significant money.
But...if it did...who is a major recording artist going to negotiate with? You? or SUNO and their label partners?
The Takeaway... Once you engage SUNO and create content, everything regarding ownership is "iffy." And you, the creator are facing massive resources against your interests.
One bit of advice...avoid SUNO. Reality...chances against a song paying off are greater than those against a billion dollar powerball win. So...why worry about ?
