Fun tune, something that has been missing. Personally, this style allows you to shine more than some of the religious themes.

Reminds me, when I watched Greg Gutfeld one night and saw kat timph and had a crush.

Fun song. I didn't know who Chip Gaines was either, but the first lines do a good job of making it clear what he does. Some nice rhymes in there.

Problem with Villa is there's no rhymes, killa, vanilla lol
Gaines has a ring to it. I bet Gaines would get kick out if this if he heard it. send it to his team, sure he has a website

I never heard of him , maybe the Nashville southern publisher has and watches TV. I googled him , he's pretty famous , Publishers in the south probably heard of him. A castle in Waco Texas , they probably heard of ole Chip

Thanks guys.  I would view Bob Villa as old news. Chip and Joanna have a huge modern brand. BUT, I wrote the lyric in ten minutes before I had time to overthink it. and I can definitely hear a pub saying he'd never heard of 'em. I can hear a pub saying Villa isn't current enough. I pitched a tune called "I Googled My Girlfriend" in 2004. to a BIG indy Nashville pub. he said no one would know what "google" meant. Berry Gordy didn't wanna release What's Goin' On. He thought no one would know what "ecology" meant. This kind of stuff can drive you crazy. These days, I only have one contact. He rejected Hills of Geronimo, so my hopes are low for this one. I also sent it to Magnolia. (Chip and Joanna's outfit) who knows? Ben, if you still have my address, would you shoot me an email?
