Hey everyone! Not sure who here has an account on SoundClick, but they are promoting a contest. Here's the link : SoundClick Contest linkThat's hilarious. With such high stakes prizes as a 100 dollar banner ad, no mention of ai, and the fact that sound click has been dead for a decade, all adds up to pile of .. Sounds like sound click is saying help us our business is crumbing

Well of course not . They're looking for singer -songwriters not AI songs done by robots . Any body could do that , push a button , radio ready . It's not a fair comparison .

Then it would just be lyric contest , Any good AI song beats everybody on there , I've heard em .100% are dated amateurs . it's bullshit you pay to be number one spot , it can be the worse song you ever heard .

Man against machine. The contest only allows for a single submission per person, but I bet I could create a well produced, sung human song that could hold up against any one of the AI songs I've posted. I just like the simplicity of Suno. But it doesn't reflect who I am as an artist. (unless you wanna peg me as a cheapskate in which case, guilty as charged, sir!) LOL!

ha ha ha , yes your cheapskate , I don't blame you.. producing songs isn't cheap , You can lose your house over it. Yes it shines on you the artist if your using AI , Not a bad thing , way it is , Your not singing them
Better to pay the penny for a AI song , call it a day. Most good AI songs beat singer-songwriter songs , At least the ones I've heard .
