Believe so yes. You pay what we call state tax, to wherever you are. I don't think you pay national tax.
Probably USA taxes and where ever state she lives in , I'm sure promoters are all LLC's. You can bet she's a LLC. 25% seems about right , hard to say with her lawyers
Well she would be subject to Canadian income taxes through whatever vehicle she contracts to appear that engages in her activity here....unless there is a USA CAN tax treaty provision (dunno). Provinces participate with economic spinoffs locally in sales and its own citizens increased income taxes but not sure they get that "vehicle's" income taxes. Canada of course has part (5%) of that national sales tax and fingers in other tax pots.
Could also be somehow creatively more favourably structured even...dunno really how she is taxed.
Professional athetes definitely face a complex structure with border crossings but they do not worry about anything but their game as business managers do the heavy lifting.

I dog anyone who fakes what they are doing. I accept that dance numbers require lip synching. But when the ballads and non dance songs are also lip synched, and the tracks are ALSO autotuned, she may as well be a robot girl on tour. Of course these rabid fans paid to see her perform at movie theaters, so this is the next logical step. This paves the way for A.I. holograms performing next. It already happened I think in Japan where there are multiple fake pop stars that are 100% A.I. They will soon make it so these A.I. performers have direct personal conversations with their fans, imagine little girls chatting up A.I. Taylor Swift in their bedrooms as A.I. Taylor gives them advice on boys and clothes and what to buy, who to vote for, who to trust, what reality is, and who might be dangerous to their Elite power. It is all coming.

The highest tax is the USA, they take 30%, then I have to pay income tax to Canada. So in the long run I am paying tax in the same percentage range that a millionaire would pay.

No real hurdles...whoever pays you takes your info and prepares necessary US income slips that you can use.

I get a bit of money from CD Baby and they take 30%. US CCLI use to take 30% but I have that straightened out so they take nothing now. UK CCLI took 20% for several years and I finally got that fixed and got back what they had taken for three years. But every three years I have to apply again and seems to take several tries to get it straightened out again. What is an ITIN? I've filled out BEN forms for US. Australia only holds back 10%. So much paperwork. Thanks by the way for your advice.
Cuz it just a hobby and I made the LLC as tax except , charity . Wrong LLC to file So will fix that before the government slaps a $800.00 for a charity LLC. Non -Profit , wrong one to create and my accountant goes ballistic on me .
