VERSE:1 She climbed into my Silverado Her tan legs had me dreamin’ ‘bout Cabo Honeymoon suite ’n tiki drinkin’ Then she looked at me, said I’ve been thinkin’ It’s prob’ly best that we just stay friendly Hope you still wanna hang out with me Tearing up summer, drinkin’ till we’re drunker ‘Cuz I’ll always love you like a brother And I said, “well, sister from another mother…” CHORUS: Get your pretty feet of my dash That’s leather’s genuine Honey, I ain’t mad But my buddy’s don’t cross that line That’s a privilege Only girlfriends get And you gave that one back So get your pretty feet off my dash VERSE 2: If you wanna be friends I’ll treat you like one Don’t trash my cab when you’re riding shotgun Don’t spill that Shiner, don’t light that lighter And that spit cup better stay uprighter or You’ll be riding that Rhino Line CHORUS Bridge It ain’t no welcome mat It ain’t no porch out back CHORUS I hope you brought a little money girl To kick in on the gas Yeah, get your feet of my dash

First lyric verse is great, think the second falls off a bit and the meter changes.
Much stronger lyrically than melodically and vocally.
It also doesn't seem like live musicians are you using AI or software.? Just seems kinda compressed and quantized.
No... it's all live players on this , with me singing, the same gospel BGVS I use. No AI was involved. It's sparse really , few guitar parts , bass and drums . thanks for stopping by F
I think this has some of the basic elements of a country hit. Original and striking hook that is easy to sing along to, attitude, a truck... This one might be pitchable. It's not my favorite song of yours, but it might be the most commercially viable. Nice one!
it was pitched before on a demo done 2 years ago . With better connections It might have a shot . Trucks and all . No AI was involved . Session players and singers , live . Thanks Gavin
