Sadly with AI if I re-edit this song and re-record it the music and vocals will not be the same.
But I will use your sound advice on this song if I can get some band mates to duplicate the original music.

I'm a hypocrite on AI , yes it's a tool . BUT song should be cut with session players and sung by the artist , Right Tony were veterans lets kill somebody. So as tool like a drum machine AI is alright . the song in question is fine for a robot song , just not cut with real players

Your songs have always been "wordy," MFB and they don't fit in any of the industry boxes. Maybe a problem if you're writing for commercial success these days. Not a problem for me personally as a listener. I like when people do something a bit different. AI seems to benefit you as I seem to recall that sometimes your lyrics were an awkward fit with music that wasn't really written for it. On the whole, I'd say it does a good job here. Maybe because your style is unusual, so the robot has to do a bit of work

I haven't played around with AI . How hard would it be to go back and fix that problem with the line "putting the end into girlfri-end?" Presumably because of that hyphen, the robot is singing "Fry end."

Also, if wordplay is your thing, listeners are not going to be very forgiving of a line like "you put the famine in family."

Gavin, Thanks for your constructive comment. I never did care much for or worry about industry standards. My goal is to tell the story and my listeners love it Still I can see your point. I do like the artsy famine in family, because a family going through divorce is usually starving for some love from both sides. On this I can also understand some folks needs for simpler word formations. My songs are also poetry which gives me two markets to work with. Some of them have also become short fiction pieces that I have published. There is a method to my madness.Thanks as always for being a listener who offers stellar critiques as well as songs
