I listened to the video of Rick Beato that Fdemetrio recently posted and I got inspired... LOL!
"YELLIN' AT CLOUDS!!"
I'm an old man yellin' at clouds spewin' my verbiage out among the crowds I got nuthin' but love for ya, baby got nuthin' but love for ya, yup!
There's so much use of the same old same everybody out playin' the same old game but we keep changin' up the rules, baby yo, we keep changin' up the rules, yep!
it's not like I don't like but I don't wanna like all the things that make me like "steal your honey like I stole your bike."

Hey Bill,
Personally, I have no opinion. Secondly, I have no interest in creating another social media account just to use that thing. Lastly, I prefer writing crappy songs the old fashioned way. :-) hehehe
Take care out there!!
Peace,
Dave

Peace,
Dave Hey David, The notion of Udio as "another social media account" is an interesting observation to me. You know lots of people are not using it that way....instead some people use it to create the music, using their own lyric, then downloading the created song to their own computer hard drive, then DELETING the song from their social Udio page. Ie, not participating in any contests or garnering of likes and plays to move up charts, etc, etc. Fdemetrio comments: AT the end of the day nobody is going to care how something is made.
How many millions of people are in their car right now, listening to music on the radio and saying to themselves,,,Gee I wonder how this was recorded. If 1 out of 100 says that, you're lucky. All they wanna know is if they like it.
Granted now that the Ai cat is out of the bag, people will start to wonder if theyre being "duped".
But i dont think theres any contract between the listener and the music maker, neither give a [naughty word removed] about the other, they care about how something sounds.
Udio has way too many limitations at the moment to be a hit maker on its own. And frankly if you listen to some of the "editors" picks, its some of the worst shite you've ever heard
But its to me unrecognizable as music, and clearly so electronic oriented. I guess the editors are looking for songs that are clearly ALL ai so they can brag how their product achieved it.
The kicker is the son of botches on the editors charts have 500 k listens.
So freakin bad its scary.
Most songwriters are using it as a hybrid of themselves, not a computer song
My Point? I just appreciate your original take on it...cool!! Bill
